Our Pricing & Offerings:

How it works:

  • The rental starts at a base price for the bar and equipment, then it is a pay-per-tap set up.

  • We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss what you want on your taps, and the pricing for each keg (estimates listed below)

  • You provide the alcohol and we coordinate everything else; we’ll mix the mocktail/cocktails, bring everything to your event, and serve your guests

Bar Cart:

Tap Truck:

starting at $899

Base Event Package Includes:

  • Delivery, set up, and operation of the bar to your event

  • One TIPS certified bartender

  • Service and use of bars for 5 hours

  • Plastic drinkware: 12oz cups.

  • Basic decorations: serving table with table cloth and drink menu stand

Personalize your taps

For non-alcoholic options, we can provide the kegs:

  • Soda’s, Juices, Sports Drinks, Water: $55-$180 per keg, depending on beverage of choice and keg size

  • Mocktail Special: $180-$250 per keg. Includes us providing the kegs, batch making and mixing the kegs. (Garnishes available for a small additional fee). 

Alcoholic options, customer must purchase the alcohol:

  • Beer: No cost; customer must purchase beer and rent a keg from a licensed distributor.

  • Cocktails: $180-$250 per keg. Includes us providing the kegs, batch making, mixing the cocktail. (Garnishes available for a small additional fee)

A La Carte & Additional Info/Options

  • Renting just the trailer as decoration, without use of taps: $499

  • Second Bartender (required for events over 75 people : $300

  • Locations further than 50 miles from Annapolis will be $2.50 per additional mile

  • Branded cups, cocktail napkins, signage, custom taps, anything you want, really!: Starting at $200

  • Generator, when you cannot provide a 15-amp, 120-volt, 3-prong outlet: $100

  • Custom wooden coasters for your event: Starting at $250, but prices vary, inquire using the contact form!
