How to Rent

In order to rent the bars, simply fill out an inquiry form!

Deposit

We require 50% of the base fee of the bar as a deposit. This with a signed contract ironing out your beverage plan will lock in the date and service for your event.

Electricity

Our tap truck runs on refrigeration. If you are renting the truck, you or your venue would need to provide at least two 3-prong, 15 AMP outlets. If you or your venue do not have access to those, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Space for the Bars

Luckily, the Tap Truck is a compact trailer; it is 7ft tall, 4ft wide, and 10.5 ft long including the hitch. It can fit through double doors, so you can even host our trailer indoors in cold or rainy weather! The bar cart is 3 ft tall, 2 ft wide, and 4 ft long.

Alcohol & Kegs

We legally cannot sell you alcohol in the DMV, or any of the surrounding states. We will provide the taps and refrigeration. If you want cocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages on tap, we can provide a keg full of the mixer of your choice, and we will simply arrive early at your event to batch mix the cocktail. If you want beer, you will have to provide the beer and rent the keg from a licensed distributor, but we can walk you through that process during our consultation about your event!

For the Tap Truck we can mix & match as well. So if you want a full size keg of your favorite beer, and three smaller kegs of different beverages, that’s doable! The number of kegs you will need will depend on the size of your event. We go over that with you in the consultation call.

My venue is full service! OR My venue is a brewery/vineyard/distillery!

If your venue is a full-service venue we can make our supplies orders through them so there are no outside beverages. Additionally, if they are a place that makes their own alcohol we can work with them so that their alcohol and drinks are flowing through the taps!

Timeframe for Booking

Plain and simple, if we have your date available, you can book with us! The only catch is that we require at least a 30 day notice. We have events booked 1-3 years out, so it is never too early to submit an inquiry!

We Provide Help if Needed

Our standard base package comes with a TIPS® certified bartender. If your event has 75+ people, an additional bartender is required, and we can provide that for an additional fee.
